COMPANY PROFILE
Sven Bertelsen Strategic
Counsellors is a consulting firm offering advice on development
and change of the building processes with a focus on higher
value generation and lower costs.
The consultancy is primarily based upon the principles in Lean
Construction in the Danish implementation coined Trimmed
Building.
Sven Bertelsen acts as consultant for the
Danish Construction
Industry Bench Mark Centre and for the industry association
Lean Construction – DK along with a number
of leading clients, consultants and contractors in the industry. |

Sven Bertelsen has over the years authored a number of articles, reports
and books, mostly with focus on the development of the construction
process. Most are still available but some are sold out. However,
all of these are in Danish – please refer to the Danish version
of this home page for further references and to the download
page for papers in English. |
